Dear friend, my name is Ali Ghambari. I started in the coffee business in 1985 with B&O Espresso on Capitol Hill; partnering with B&O Espresso to open a new location on Broadway in 1989 followed by a second location on Cherry Street in Pioneer Square in 1992.

In 1998, I decided to form my own company, Cherry Street Coffee House. Today, we still continue a great connection and relationship with B&O that continually makes us smile. In 1998, the second Cherry Street Coffee House was opened in Belltown between Lenora and Blanchard. June 2004 welcomed the opening of our third location on 3rd Avenue and Marion in downtown Seattle with March 2005, welcoming our fourth location at the corner of 1st Avenue and Clay Street in Belltown. Our fifth location opened in August 2007 on 1st Avenue and University in Downtown.

With all of the exceptional coffee houses in our great city of Seattle, you never can stop improving quality and maintaining the highest of standards. The things that make our house special, are first and foremost the true belief that it takes ‘True Love to build Great Community’ and through deeper connections with our community we will capture great energy that no money can buy.
